General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the l444 platform and all services provided under it. "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

l444 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the member's responsibility to review this page regularly.

1.2 Definitions

Key terms used in this document:

• "Platform" — The l444 website and mobile application.
• "Services" — All activities offered through the platform, including casino games, sports betting and other features.
• "Account" — Each member's individual user account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds awarded under a promotion that cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the member themselves.

1.3 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute, the platform's decision shall be considered final; however, members may submit reasonable objections for review through the support team.

Account and Registration

2.1 Creating an Account

To create an account at l444, the member must provide accurate and complete information. If any false or misleading information is found in the details submitted during registration, the account may be suspended or cancelled.

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their password and login details confidential. Allowing third parties to access the account, or selling or transferring the account, is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Account Closure

l444 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms. Members may also request closure of their own account at any time.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.1 Age Verification

At the time of registration or at any stage thereafter, l444 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport as proof of age. Failure to provide the required verification documents will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3.2 Personal Eligibility

To use l444's services, the member must have the legal right to operate the payment method in their own name. Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method or bank account is prohibited.

3.3 Restrictions and Exclusions

Members who have voluntarily applied restrictions to their accounts under the responsible gaming guidelines may not place new bets or make deposits while those restrictions remain in effect.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted at l444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted. Members must use a mobile banking or bank account registered in their own name when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Payment Verification

For large withdrawals or unusual transactions, l444 may request additional identity verification. This process is carried out to protect the member's funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

Ongoing promotions at l444 are as follows:

• l444 Weekly Reload Festival: 20% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• l444 Slots Fun Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x; slot games only, once per day.
• l444 Cricket Victory: 25% of deposit, up to ৳4,000; wagering 15x; cricket or sports section, once per week.
• l444 Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳1,500; wagering 10x; automatically credited to the account on the member's birthday each year.
• l444 Refer a Friend Gift: up to ৳2,000; wagering 12x; can be claimed after a successful referral following the friend's first deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• l444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus under special circumstances.
• Bonuses have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

l444 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If a technical error occurs or incorrect odds are published, those bets may be cancelled and the original stake will be returned. If any match or event is cancelled, the applicable bet settlement policy will apply.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer methods. The result displayed in the system is final. In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as evidence.

6.3 Prohibited Strategies

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Any form of arbitrage betting or software-assisted betting.
• Betting patterns designed to abuse bonuses.
• Gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting errors or bugs in the game system for unfair advantage.

Security and Verification

7.1 KYC Process

l444 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. At any stage, members may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document for identity verification. Failure to submit documents within the specified time may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.
